Too much base.exe

These settings can be the root of such behavior

The new base is launch then the minimum amount of tasks is reached and max amount of memory is allocated for base.exe or count of completed tasks are reached for base.exe
The base.exe is closed after reaching limits and them all project for these base is done.
In any case I will check again the behavior of base.exe again.
