capmonster not able to detect audio captcha showing

Please add CapMonster.exe to exlusions in your antivurs, firewall and other protection software.
If this won't help, please run Diagnostic.exe from program folder and send us report.zip.

yes i tried all even sending manually to same server to capmonster its returning this

According to logs proper audio codec is missing in your system.
Please install latest codec pack for your OS. alsp update drivers for your audio card downloading latest version from manufacturer website.
