URGENT! Help me fight a uBot guy!!!

Hello ZP's!

I'm on a contest fighting again a uBot guy. I'm losing by now - he does more votes per minute than me (you can only vote one time per hour with the same IP). Some issues I'm having:
- I can't disable CSS or specific JS / page code on page loading, so the page loads slower than possible (I've disabled everything besides scripts and disguising, but it's not enough) - I have tried saving the page to my computer and removing everything besides the voting code, but the page doesn't allow the vote (it gives a jQuery random code per session)
- I can't run the JS code to vote before the page fully loads

Can anyone PLEASE help me on this? I can send the template and link by PM / Skype if needed.

Extra - Also tried to remove / block the code that avoids voting more than one time per hour with the same IP to send votes faster, but also no luck on this.
