Using Rotating Proxies

I have a project that I want to use rotating or back connect proxies for 1 time account creation. I have http://stormproxies.com/rotating_reverse_proxies.html already and wanted to ask about setup.

Searched forum and wiki and read about proxies. I assume you would skip the step of checking. Would anything else be different?

You can update your source every 3/15 min. Alive time set to 3/15 min. Get proxies with -delete parameter.

What is the format of proxies? How the can be set? Just unteresting about this kind of proxy.

If I'm not mistaken stormproxies should be used from the file. There is no point of adding them in proxychecker if that's what You mean mason.
They are like You have 5 or more IPs with different ports and they change IP once in 10 minutes or so. Right ?

This way If You want to make one account one proxy You have to monitor what happens with Your rotating proxies.
