why i get this error ?

i try to make a template to update a blog, i wanna load username and passwords from a list but when template reaches to this point to get data from list this happens :
Run List Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.
Parameter name : index

and it's weird no matter in this template where i put this step always the error is the same.

it's been two hours i try to figure this out by myself but no result

Make sure you dont have variables in list's path in settings
