ZennoPoster crashing on a new machine

I got a 2nd license for my laptop to work on ZennoPoster Pro while out of the office. Unfortunately I cannot fully install Zenno on this machine (Windows 8.1).

During installation, Zenno cannot run a test project. Later I can fully open zennoposter, but I cannot run scripts and when I click "settings" on any script it crashes

Please install Visual C++ redistributable 2008
