zpprofile - how to create my own? (Not through zennoposter)

I know that i can unzip the zpprofile and view the content. What I want to do is create my own zpprofile file myself. I want to know what file compression I must use to do this. For example I will take the current zpprofile and unzip it but when i zip it back which compression program and setting do I use? I have tried a bunch of them but zennoposter is not able to load them.

What for? You can set any changes to profile within project.

I have cookies i want to load. so i wanted to make zpprofiles. Do you know if 7zip can zip it back up? If so which option do i use?
