enigma protector?

Some client send me the bug:

Have installed twice and keep getting the same error message:


The Enigma Protector

Internal Protection Error, ple4ase contact to author!"

Is this some internal problem, or is this connected with ZP ?

Some problem in operation system... This error usually occurs on old systems lile windows XP.
We recommend to use our software on more up-to-date OS.

What version of Windows 10? Is it some cut off version with reduced funcionality?
Ask the client to turn off all antiviruses, firewalls and other protection software.

I turned off the antivirus and Malwarebytes and still get the same message.

When exactly does this error occur?
Please ask the client to add C:\Program Files (x86)\ZennoLab\EN\ZennoBox\5.11.4.0\Progs\CheckingProcessor.exe to exclusions in Windows Defender no matter if defender is disabled.

The problem was in protection software on clients side. They broke our process CheckingProcessor.exe

Try to add the file CheckingProcessor.exe from Progs folder in zennoposter program directory to exclusions in your Sophos protection.
