How to add two conditions in action designer ? Please help

Hello,
I need to get value from an element whose width is 262 and height is 60 ?
How can i specify the the element, the match number is unknown but the element having these two conditions have only one. Please help

Hi.

Like this:

Put both search criteria in same group number, then it will search both parameters and if both match then take what You need.
