Bad end not always working. It fails but it stops the project instead of using Bad End action blocks

Restart your template clicking on the yellow button, and BAD END will be working again.
Its normal. After first error, BAD END working correctly. But if you not restart template, BAD END not will be working.

No because bad end means bad end and thats it, bad end can happen just once.
