My template does not require phone verification when creating the account and that's a fact (I can record it while creating an account). I have also logged in some of the accounts I've created, for a couple of times and also it did not requested any phone verification.
I have a dynamic IP internet connection, so the IP's have also been changed a couple of times. And this would be a really idiotic measure coming from Facebook. In my country, 90% of the internet connections are using dynamic IP's. Every time I restart my laptop I receive another IP from the network. And my Facebook account has never asked me to confirm my phone number. My believe here is that the FB script asks for phone verification whenever an action looks strange or spammy. That's why bogdann is able to manually create a FB user without being asked to verify its phone.
Of course,I am not arguing you and I am aware of the fact that I might be wrong: in the future, the phone verification could be requested on the accounts I've created.
I will keep testing these accounts, especially because I have involved them in different other projects.
