Cannot open ZP

Hi guys, I have a problem. Just came back from a holiday and wanted to start ZP. It asks me again for password, and it's like the password is wrong, even on zennolab.com the login section. A customer bought the ZP license for me, because I made few tools for him.

My question is, is it something with ZP database or the customer changed the password ?

Got an access to your email that bind with Zenno account? Then you can recover it in userarea.
