Someone has stolen my account with ZP licenses

Hi

I am using your support Tickets but VLAD havent's aswered me for few days !!!!
Someone has broken into my account where I had more than 10 ZP licenses, CapMonster etc. I have asked to remove Google Authenticator which have been installed after braking in into my account but I got no help from Support!!!!! Paswword reset didn't help because there is still Google Authenticator which I can not reset!

I need my account back because my licenses where deactivated by thief!!!!!!
I can NOT work without my ZP!

I hope that there is someone else besides VladZ who can help me with that problem!

I'm sorry to hear that. Most probably they are doing investigation about this case.
On side note, Two step authentication should be enabled only after You confirm this action with email. Seems zennolab does not have this.

Yes two step authentication should be enabled after email confirmation but here it could be activated without any confirmation.
I haven't thought that in zennolab user area I have to use two step authentication because there is nothing here to be stolen but I was wrong :-).

Do you have any other chanel to contact VladZ? I have an event which I can not operate without ZP and I can not wait more for getting my account back.

All I can suggest is to open ticket https://support.zennolab.com/ and mark it as critical.
But I do not think someone will answer in weekend.
