How much it will cost to update my old 5.11.3 to 5.22.1 ?

I purchased ZPro 2 years ago, but never used. Now time has come to start using it. Went to update and got confused. Please help:
How much it will cost to update my old 5.11.3 to 5.22.1 ?
I tried from my account but it looks like for $42.42 I'm only getting 6 mo worth of update

When I clicked on "Buy update" it took me to highlighted in red

So before I click on "Buy" need to know what I'm buying? Based on what I see - it'll cost me $42 for each 6 mo $42 x 4=$168 to get to current version 5.22
If it's correct - better to buy brand new standard or light version.

Hi. No when You buy updates then You get actual version of product what is v5.22.1 now and + any new version what will come out in following 6 month from purchase date.
Basically $42.42 update will give You latest version + 6 month possible updates to any newest version.

Updates will be extended by 6 month. for $42.42 ru version.
This first date is purchase date what is back in year of 2016
This last date is when Your updates will end.
From now on until 4/24/2019 there are 6 month. So all is good...
