Hello I have a problem with purchasing zennobox template on my email address: r*****.v*******.****@gmail.com

I only see one zennobox template when I should have 6, how is that possible? I was credited with the sum of each template... Thank you for your help @VladZen

Not sure what you mean...
Purchased products do not appear in user panel or in zennobox program itself?

in zennobox itself. I have one template "Extraction06". i close zennobox and restart but the other 5 templates don't appear..
