For some emails, zp can only get text email, no html, why?
and zp can not parse anything from these text emails.

Please check squidoo.com for the registration email.

I'm not sure I understand this.
I would suggest you to check regular expression that you use. Maybe you have errors there.

Or attach project with 1 step (email processing) which will have regexp, login and password if it doesn't work.

That's mail format. Some emails just don't have html (it is blank).

Yes, it works in your way. but does not work in my template. And I have to make it in my way to support multi different emails.
And my template works well for other mails, except for no html emails.
