Run HtmlElement | HTML element is not found by search criteria

I am periodically running into this error code: Run HtmlElement | HTML element is not found by search criteria, however, I have set those conditions to Optional as shown in the screenshot.

That said, I would not expect it to return an error code at all. So I am not sure which exact step in my bot the log is pointing to. I see there is a "Copy Id of action" feature, but I am not sure how to use it and if it will help me isolate the exact step in my bot that it failed to find an htmlelement.

You are a half way right.
In ZennoPoster copy ID of action.
Then go to Project Maker press CTRL+F and paste the ID of action.
You will then see what action made this error.
It won't be the one you marked as optional.
