CapMonste 2 problem running with Windows 2012

Hi, so I want to run CapMonster 2 on my Windows Server 2012 R2 standard but when I opened it this is the error,

when I pressed Install Desktop Experience

can anyone help me please? I just want to use CapMonster on my VPS

anyone? how to run capmonster 2 in VPS? I can run it on my local pc with no problem but having problem in VPS

I guess you have to contact Your server provider to install that.

I just bought capmon very early this morning. Ive spent all day trying to get it working on my rdp. Also server 2012. I have desktop exp installed and have exhausted myself trying to avoid seeking help. with that said, i was unable to get capmon to service to start. https://ibb.co/LhsdH5f is what happens with https is enabled on capmon. I am not sure how to fix this on my own so i am here asking for help. I can send a diagnostic zip if that helps you guys help me

Please enable extended log in program settings, then reproduce the problem and run Diagnostic.

It can be IIS, Denwer or other network service. You should stop this service or try running CapMonster on another IP and Port (can be changed in program settings).

okay i will try to change the port. Although ive done so with 8888, 8080 and 3128 with no success before contacting this forum.
