username should be full e-mail address when authentificating in zennolab.

You can see on first picture, the system generated user and pass and sent to email to user, user try to login with error, i tested user and pass and works on zenno panel login, sale is created all is fine

User trying to login in user area or install the sofware?
Did you test login with ZennoBox as well?

you can see on screenshot of user, he screenshoted his desktop and we see email from me and see app, he try to login on zennobox. I check this login and logged on zennolab panel and check sale, all is fine.

on zennobox installation, system ask for email, and users adding email, because there wrote EMAIL, and if user get username from API, he do not know that need to add username , you assumed too .

Well if your users try to enter a username where it clearly asked for Email then how can we help?
Maybe they will try to enter their Googles password in the password field, it is more likely because both are passwords lol
