I got it too. This happens in some specific situation, so restart and everything will be fine again.

After I try to run a project, the red box just appear and I can't do anything else.

Yeah, after restart everything is fine. But it happened a few times so trying to find out what's causing it.

How many free RAM do you have when it happens?

I'm not sure. I didn't check when it happened.
But my system running on 8 gb RAM, should have plenty to go around.
If it happen again, I will report back with the memory status.
