Error with Recaptcha2

Hello,

I used the software near ~1 year. I had problem with Recaptcha2 about 1 week ago to now. I contacted VladZen via email but I still can not resolve my problems. It always no response as photo. But sometimes it works, sometime = no work. Can someone help me, please.

I tried reinstall Windows, reinstall version v2.11.3.0, change proxies and turn off proxies, send files log to admin, use HttpRequest, use both HTTPS and HTTP, changed DNS to 8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4 and my Recognition left does not count.
