My new PC is corei7-10, Ram 16Gb, win 10 64. But i can not run even 40 threads..

I want to run at least 500-1000 threads.. want the best requirements to do that..
what should i change in my pc? And what Bests VPS services and recommended Rams....?

AMD Ryzen 9 3950X with 128 gigabytes of memory is able to work with about 100 + -20 threads on a web browser. Well, the approximate difference in performance between AMD Ryzen 9 3950X and corei7-10 can be seen in the screenshot below.

It's not about threads, but it's about what You do with threads.
Facebook is the most complex site on earth, so expect to pay for that with Your resources.
It is not possible to give the same answer for every bot, it all depends.
the best answer You can get is only by running Your bot on some server configuration and then making estimates by using some benchmarking sites.

For browser bot, you should get more powerful server with Intel Xeon.
I would recommend you VPS from this service.
