localization file

hello!

Each time i want to translate a template i got this error: "Localization file is not relevant."

Any idea?

This mean you load incorrect localization file.
How do you add translation? What is source language?

i downloaded a free template in russian language initialy but when i generate localization file, only the [EN] column is used by russian. Thus i filled the RU column with English translation, then i save the file . But This error listed below appears

This free template is made for russian version.
