Hyperlinking with anchors

Hi I am new to zennoposter. Can someone tell me how to do a hyperlink with a anchor word picked randomly from an anchor list? Here is a loom example.

You should edit innerhtml attribute of text area element and insert the text with hyperlink, like this:

<p>We are testing this for <a href="https://zennolab.com/" data-cke-saved-href="https://zennolab.com/" target="_blank">ZennoLab.</a><br></p>

Thank you. My fault picking a bad example on this. The site shown on the video is not the actual site I want to do it. I cannot show the actual site since this might be exploited by other users. But my target sites do not have html /inner html function , just plain text. Thanks for the help though.
