I often encounter the error "Failed to prepare a profile..." when selling templates to some customers and the template runs very slowly (my other customers run quite fast). I have tried the following:
- Reinstall Zennobox
- Turn off the firewall
- Restart the wifi network and computer many times
But the customer's machine still has this error. I also tried searching on the Zennolab forum but haven't found a solution to this error. I have lost quite a few customers when I couldn't handle errors and I find it very annoying to sell a template without knowing when the customer will ask for a refund because of this silly error. It's also difficult for me to let you Ultraview via the client's computer to solve the problem, so is there any way for Zennoposter to completely handle this error?
