Email Verfication Question: Authentication Error

Hi,

I'm having difficulty logging into a Gmail account. I've tried both IMAP as well as POP and I get errors on both (as seen below):

Pop is currently enabled on the gmail account (pictured below):

Could you please advise what needs to be done to mitigate this error? All login credentials were triple checked to be accurate.

Gmail IMAP will be disabled soon I guess.
