Help Needed with Selecting State from Dropdown Menu Using Keyboard Simulation

Hello,
Has anyone encountered and solved a similar issue before? I’ve been trying to select a state from a dropdown menu with all 52 states. Previously, I was using keyboard simulation with {DOWN} to scroll through the options, but it no longer works as expected. After reaching the last state, it doesn’t roll over to the top or go back up.
Is there a better way to solve this issue?

In OP post it looks like you can just enter any text in this field and no need to select from dropdown anything. So if you have exactly the same field just enter random state.
