From my experience it is not the best way to run ZP on the same PC you work on. It will always hit same spikes in resources and you will always get some freezes here and there.

If you get like simple error where you can not copy id of action in ZP then problem maker action is one of your IF actions. To know what action exactly you can add Alert action with comment, then you will see this comment in ZP

I'm not sure if i understood correctly what you said. But my point was, that when you change default value in template then project does not gets red like usual when something is changed in project... Therefore when you close project it does not ask if you want to save and such... Another...

Try to use proxies without username and password if possible... With bind to your ip.

Looks like really this will make error, but check there is such string in c#. You can define project.Profile.Interest but when you try to execute then there is this error Object reference not set to an instance of an object. Means that need to delete it from possible options...

So first of all is that if you change default variable in project, PM do not see that something is changed and do not offer to save anything, therefore when you close template and open again there is old variable..

Add 5 templates for instance, then zenno will ask to add note. Give some name and press ok... Templates is added bellow your note name and Without name as well... This is long time bug already, and not relay on new version

Try to open 20 templates and then work with them. And with lag i mean that old problem what started to appear from last build. When you click on action then you have to wait while action properties appear.
