When you run VM, there is a checkbox in action cube - Apply current profile. So, you can change parameters in the profile and apply them to VM.

If you use ZennoDroid 2.3.2.0+, vm parameters are not controlled via Profile. So, you when you run new thread or project, new profile is generated and VM settings should be reset.
