2 C# code in one template

Is someone have two diferent C# code in one template ?

Is posible in this solution they in some reason not work and second C code is buggy ?

I have one template, and second C # not work, but when i separate him, and put same variables, he works .

I have 4 and 5 in a couple of templates and haven't had any problems with it. The only issue is finding which C# action has an error when one shows up.
