About Json new cookie export format

Hello,

I have a client, and for some bot, he requested export cookies. I make it with JSON format. He tells me that he tries to load this cookie with some extension but it is failed. How to help him, this Json txt cookie format is classic right, and can work with a real browser? How do manage it and help him to load cookies into the real browser?

And when export it, what extension needs to be, txt or JSON?

Do you mean this new feature? File should have .json extension.
What does fail exactly? no loading cookies or no authorization?
