Action property window is lost

As the title says the "action property" window is gone. I cannot change the properties any more.

1. Double click on an object does not open any window
2. Click on "action property" in the "Windows" Menue (as seen below) does not open the "action property" window
(checked and unchecked it many times, even restarted the programme).



As you can see I have the browser, the "projects", the "log" and the "variables" but no "action property".

What can I do?
