Allow for higher timeout in recaptcha v2 browser mode

As the title states, right now you are only able to set a max delay before retry/end of 9999 ms (10sec) and can then set a another field on how often to loop that delay before canceling the task, I think we should be able to freely choose the delay before retry/end like in httprequest mode, example I have really good proxies which are not the fastest and I get 45% solve rate in http request, but I can't even test browser mode because my tasks always get cancelled because the request to initialize takes more than 10 seconds every time... please change this, thanks.
