Antivirus finds potential threat in ZP folder

Hi,
My antivirus spotted a threat in the folder
C:\Program Files (x86)\ZennoLab\ZennoPoster MP Pro\Progs\Downloads
called BestCodecsPackSetup.exe.part

what should I do about it and about this folder?

It's not ZennoPoster's file. It could be downloaded from any site that you used with your ZP templates. So you can delete it.
