ANY WAY TO GATHER UNIQUE FRIEND REQUESTS?

I am having a problem.
Is there any way to gain a new list of friend ids instead of me adding
the same friend requests each time i send out a list of messages/comments/likes/friend requests?

Yes you need to read all basic learning materials from wiki and watch all basic videos.

You should scrape all necessary data from a page, put it to list and remove duplicates.
