base64 image in email

Hi,
I need to extract base64 image from email and solve it as captcha,
when I use BulkMailDownload Method
(https://help.zennolab.com/en/v4/zennoposter/macros/4.3.5/ZennoLab.CommandCenter~ZennoLab.CommandCenter.ZennoPoster~BulkMailDownload.html)
it download only a html and text massage, but there is no image because it is attachment,
how can I read or download image?

With ZennoPoster methods - no.
You can either Google for other C# libraries to work with emails or use webinterface of email to download attachments with browser
