Bind to file not working (list)

I am using a regex to capture some data from a webpage.
It works if I use save to file, but that means my file will contain only the last results from the regex.

Using the latest version of ZP5.

PS: Sorry for posting it here, I thought I am in the beta test category. Mods please move it there.

Binding to file works fine by my side. Please attach simple sample to reproduce what you mean.
