BOT UI as only interface

Hello,

We talking about it, but i want to share some experience from last month. I get 2 clients, one is regular client, but second... It is big client, serious investor for start ups, he hire me to make one product , bot for selling .
Their budget for marketing is high i know that, because my friend works full time for SEO on other products.

When we chatting about product, he want to make the bot in another software, i explain him all advantages for Zenno, 10$ fee for each copy, API for selling- all is fine, and he was happy for all Zenno features .

When i send him beta product, he notice brand , then UI , he said that this is not good for selling, he now want money back, and stopped all job with me . Now i lost money, Zenno team lost a lot fee for copies, and i still can not understand that Zenno team can not recognize that current UI is not good for projects for mass selling .

@aleksa77, I agree with you. It is especially insulting that making a good product is not so difficult on base ZennoBox and it will be a breakthrough.

Could you please tell what this customer didn't like in BotUI? Only the brand or other things?

Brand, because he want make own product , and he do not like standard zennobox UI, he open BotUI, and this is fine, he ask me why when he click on Play on main interface not running bot, how to remove other options for distract their users .... Main problem is- he want less support and intuitive UI, like Bot UI, but other options will increase support- this is his words

Standard zennobox options can stay, but for mass selling- option ( hide standard zennobox for example) to user see only Bot UI, it is important feature for similar clients and projects.

Bot UI allready have all options- missing log, and option for repeat schedule right , this not looks like to big changes @VladZen yes, and settings options can stay for adding logins ,

Not very fair from the customer - to order development and resell as own product...)

Thanks @VladZen , I had a lot similar clients in past with same behaivor, now have again, client need facebook bot, but he is flexibile, he will give for free this zennobox copy for his expensive marketing course, but i see pain in his words, why he must put his logo only into Bot UI, why he can not put logo in main interface .
