Browsing files from my computer

Hi,

Is it possible to browse file from my computer to kat.ph and extratorrent.com?

If it can could you please guide me how to do it?

I've try to use set value from file or pro branch constructor (attribute: velue, attribute velue: C:\"file location\file name") when I do this, only file location popup but doesnt do anything)
