Bugs in new version 5.10.6.0

I have done this, but the error messages are exactly the same
 
I turned off the windows firewall and no virus also there is nothing else protecting the connection
 
I have sorted the network, but now get this error message

Now please enable extended log in program settings, repeat the error and run diagnostic. Please send us resulted report.zip.

Where do I find this as the software crashes after it tries to retrieve licenses
 
All sorted - it was a proxy tunnel
