Then any protection software - Windows Defender, Netwokr services, etc. Something on your side blocks connection to our server.

Looks like not sorted... All soap servers are not availabe - it's the same error.
Please run Diagnostic.exe from program folder and attach resulted report.zip. Our developers will ivestigate the issue.
Also please attach installation log - C:\ZLInstallation.log

Now please enable extended log in program settings, repeat the error and run diagnostic. Please send us resulted report.zip.

Where do I find this as the software crashes after it tries to retrieve licenses
