C# scroll save

If I understand right then this option should save previous scroll position what does not happen.
Reproduce:

In c# action add Thread.Sleep(1000); 140 times just to get scroll, then scroll very down and go out this action.
When you go back in scroll is down, all that is fine. So now scroll in middle or whatever you want and go out and then go back in and scroll will not be saved in last place, but in very down where is was saved in first place.

This new feature doesnt remember scroll position but it's related to last cursor position and make this line visible when you open action next time
