can anyone lead me?-how can i check if an page is loaded?

I put login credentials, if login fails how I can trap the error message loaded in the page. i use check text presence. but my sites vary in language. Languages are random. I’m using (другой софт) sites. Any chances to find if the login is successful.
Usages and any example for get request and post request

I'd better check for element presence. Like login button, if there is then you failed to login (might not work in all cases though)
