Can not run installer on client VPS

I installed frameworks and microsoft visual C++ , but when try to open zennobox installer nothing happened:

I downloaded and try zennobox 5.29.1.0 and lattest 5. 29.4.0

Most probably just make report.zip and send a ticket.

Oh yeah silly me.
Then check some windows logs, whats there.

@lokiys i am not server expert, i looked into logs, but there is errors in applications, but not related, and i do not know what to looking for, if you know , tell me where to look in logs, where you will look?

@VladZen can you give me some advice, i reboot server and install again frameworks and c++ but i can not run installation ?

and allways is some problem when client give me tight dead line, never problem show up with relax clients

Solved, if someone have similar problem, right click on install app, go to properties, then click " unblock " in bottom of window

What Windows OS version on this VPS. This is the first time I meet installation file is blocked to use.
