It can deactivate popups from appearing, but you know those signs that appear that aren't quite popups but make the page fade into the background while making it necessary for you to click 'Yes, I want to leave the page' once, twice or even three times...
I don't think ZP can deal with these, and for templates that parse webpages, this is a huge problem because if unguarded, the confirmation signs bring the template to a standstill.
