can't add proxy

Everytime I try to enter a proxy in ZB Proxy Manager or while creating a ZB profile (I tried all different formats, but even the simplest doesn't work like 192.168.0.1:8000) I get the error message "Error: An error occurred while creating proxy". When I click "Check Proxies" it says "active" in the status below though.

Please create a report after the error running menu Start>ZennoLab>ReportUtility
Also, please attach the screenshot of the error.
