Cant fill in my tax ID when purchasing capmonster cloud credits

Hi

I am not able to fill in my Tax id for my company, now I am paying 21% extra taxes when I dont have to, because I have a registered business in the EU.

This is ONLY for capmonster cloud when buying credits through payproglobal. When buying credits for capmonster license I don't have this issue.

Could this be looked in to?
