can't install capmonster

I'm using windows 7 sp1 64 bit ultimate in vmware(virtual machine) and everytime i try to run the capmonster installer I get the error 'Unable to run zennolabinstaller'

Sorry for delayed response.
Please make sure that you fully downloaded installation file and that you antivirus, firewall programs do not block installation file.

Okay, i turned off firewall and there is no antivirus and it still isn't installing.
