Can't right click in new popup tab

I'm working with Google plus right now and anytime I try to right click it won't register it when I'm using a popup tab. The normal tab I can right click and everything works fine, just not in the new pop up tab.

Please note, this is only happening when the webpage opens a popup tab. If I make a new tab right clicking works perfectly fine.

I'm using Version 5.10 and I'm rolling back to the previous version.
