Cant seem to get CapMonster running

I have been trying to get this running for two days can someone check out the diagnostic file I uploaded and maybe give me some ideas thanks a lot.

It's hard to uderstandwhat goes wrong by your report.
Please give more details about the problem.
What PC you are trying to run CapMoster? Do you get any error?

I am using openbullet have it set to TwoCaptcha I ran a testing with recaptcha and it worked fine it’s only captcha having the problem. It gets the balance Np but nothing happens besides that.

You can't connect CapMonster with another progran, not run.
Please attach screenshot of your config in open bullet for solving recaptcha.

Recaptcha is working fine its only when I try to run Captcha. I use twocaptcha and then set the module to universal to solve all captchas.

Do you mean usual captchas are not solved?
