Where and how I should post a report about this?

Two days ago - capmonster cloud started to behave, giving back ERROR_NO_SUCH_CAPCHA_ID errors.

Today in hopes that it will change anything - I switched from using 2captcha interface to native API, but still the same problem occurs.

Understood. Well, I start sending requests after 15 seconds with 5-second intervals, so this shouldn't be the case.

This behaviour started to happen few days ago, no changes were made on my side, the application just started to fail.

I would love to use your software version, but for now, its too resource-demanding, but I'm planning to upgrade soon.

By any chance there is a way to fix this issue with cloud version?

Sorry, but there is no issue on our side.
You are requesting result by non-existing ID.
You should monitor and correct your requests.

You were right.

Im an idiot and here is why - firewall issue, made huge timeouts that ended by going over that 5min limit.
